Catherine Alison Interiors is a fast-paced and dynamic interior design firm in Central Oakville, located conveniently to the QEW. We work best with those who are highly motivated, love to take initiative, work with a variety of personalities, value accuracy and are organized to a fault. We are open to shorter work days, flexible work hours and part-time roles.

Interior Design Professional(s)
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from CIDA recognized school
ARIDO registered interior designer, or working towards acquiring the interior designer title is an asset
At least one year of residential or commercial design work
Working knowledge in current Ontario Building Code & Fire Safety
Working knowledge in Revit is an asset
Driver’s license & ability to drive
Following our process to get projects completed on time and on budget
Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements and purpose of space
Develop detailed plans and 3-D models using computer-assisted design (CAD) software and graphics software
Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings, and advise on selection of colours, finishes and materials, floor and wall coverings, window treatments, interior and exterior lighting, furniture and other items
Estimate costs and materials required
Prepare plans and specifications for the final interior designs in accordance with current practices and codes
May direct site work crews and subcontractors.
Portfolio is a must

Customer Care Manager
University or College Degree
Experience and Requirements
Sales and/or Marketing experience an asset
Interior Decorating or Interior Design experience or education an asset
An upbeat personality with the tendency to see the lighter side of life
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organized, detail-oriented, thorough and responsive.
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Experience with processing credit card payments is an asset
Scheduling clients for personalized consultations
Understanding Client Requirements and Needs
A few hours a week and could grow as the business needs change
This position would ideally work from a quiet, distraction-free home environment
Hours may vary and occasional evening work may be required.
